Leading provider of financial services and direct marketing programs on behalf of retailers (for retailers' customers) was looking for a way to dramatically strengthen its core product offering for one of its key customers

Conducted ideation, concept development, qualitative research, and quantitative research to identify specific new product enhancements for client to launch on retailers' behalf
Established a disciplined and efficient development process that involved both client and retailer, achieving "buy-in" along the way
Results
Several promising new product concepts were developed, many of them testing dramatically better than the current offering; they are now in test market
Helped improve client's relationship with retailer client due to credibility conveyed through the development process
