
Sr. PartnerWith over 20 years experience steering the growth of successful brands in both large public companies and fast growing, privately-held firms, Elliot brings a strong marketing and general management background to ASG. He received his classical marketing training at the Quaker Oats Company where he was responsible for brands such as Gravy Train dog food and Van Camps Pork and Beans. Elliot then leveraged this broad foundation into smaller, more entrepreneurial companies where he continued his brand-building success. At Strombecker Corp., he established and maintained leadership positions covering worldwide marketing, international sales and marketing, new product development, licensing, and sourcing. Prior to joining ASG, Elliot was Vice President of Marketing at Aero Products, the makers of the "world-famous" AeroBed, a premium quality, inflatable mattress. At Aero, he was responsible for overall corporate marketing, product development, advertising, and e-commerce activities for products sold through retail, Internet, catalog, home shopping, and direct response channels. Elliot received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
