Ralph Blessing, a 20-year veteran of brand innovation and development with Fortune 100 companies, brings significant consumer insight and marketing expertise to the ASG team.

Ralph began his career in market research, first with S.C. Johnson, and later, with Helene Curtis. Ralph leveraged his research expertise into a leading brand management role within Helene Curtis, spearheading the marketing effort on the core hair care business. After the purchase of Helene Curtis by Unilever, Ralph led the launch of Thermasilk as Director of New Brand Development. He then became Director of Innovation for Unilever's hair care and deodorant categories. Most recently, Ralph led the U.S. and global Suave "Masterbrand" development effort for Unilever. His strategic and innovation leadership in these senior roles led to significant growth for the organization.

Ralph previously served as a Board Member at the Kelley School Brand Institute at Indiana University, and is a guest lecturer at Indiana, Northwestern and Miami (Ohio) Universities. He holds a BS in Economics and Business Administration from Butler University as well as an MBA from Indiana University.
