
PartnerRob has over 20 years of marketing and general management experience in positions of consistently increasing scope and accountability. His background includes leadership roles in three leading Fortune 100 consumer marketing companies and one of the largest quick service restaurant chains in the world. Rob brings a strong base of experience in expanding brand equities through grounded strategic vision and innovative ways to deliver on that vision to drive profitable growth. Rob began his career at General Mills working in the "Big G" cereals division before moving to Betty Crocker. Subsequently, Rob joined the Quaker Oats company where he held various positions in the frozen foods and hot cereals groups, becoming the director of the flagship Standard and Instant Oatmeal businesses before leaving for Domino's Pizza as the VP of Marketing. Later Rob became the VP of Marketing for Conagra Refrigerated Prepared Foods, ultimately assuming VP/GM positions for The Butterball Turkey Company and The ConAgra Dairy Group. In all cases Rob has demonstrated the ability to identify and exploit ways to grow various brands through compelling and ownable innovation, new business development and marketing/communications efforts. His leadership led to record high levels of growth, market share and profitability for many of the brands under his responsibility. Rob has a BA and MBA from Michigan State University and an MA in Economics from The University of Chicago. |
